I needed a swivel chair that would lower to the point where I could set my feet on the floor. Also one that was not top heavy and cumbersome as office chairs. This is just right. It could have more padding in the seat, though.
Bought this for my daughter. It is beautiful. It assembled quickly, my biggest complaint that it was hard to get the wheels to pop onto the base. But it is nice and sturdy, and hopefully it lasts a couple of years.
Beautiful chair. The expectation versus reality was spot on. I originally thought I was missing a piece for assembly. However I contacted the seller (late at night in the US), and I received a response before I woke up. It turns out I was just given an old set of instructions. If you appear to be missing the F piece, double check that the chair actually needs it for assembly.
Overall, great appearance and comfort (solid, firm support as needed for an office chair), easy assembly, and excellent customer response time.
This is a lovely and well/made chair. Really nice velvet upholstery and a lovely color. It may not be suitable for working 8/plus hours in if you need a lot of upper back support but is otherwise a great chair. I had a really great interaction with the seller as well, who went out of their way to help resolve things for me when I realized I needed a different kind of chair for my work space. Terrific customer service.
Beautiful and sturdy, but yeah. It smells. I plan to put it outside whenever it stops raining and pray that fixes it.
UPDATE Ive had this chair for a little over 2 weeks. Very comfortable, well made, and the smell has faded.
