The assembling part is easy, but had we not have a drill, it would have been pain in the neck. Sturdy, elegant, delivered quick.
The bench is nice looking, not super sturdy, but we bought it more for looks than for function - so it will work for us. Everything was packaged very well. However, protective bubble wrap had been wrapped right around 3 of the 4 damaged legs. Well live with it to avoid the hassle of return shipping.
Im glad I read the measurements and other reviews, because this is a smaller piece and wouldnt fit all purposes. It makes a perfect little window seat in our front room, where the arms sit right at the window sill. I couldnt get decent lighting for my picture, but it does show the size.
