As far as being easy to put together /everything was well marked and labeled. Yes there are a lot of pieces but the bed is very sturdy and nice quality. We looked at several furniture stores and thus was almost 1/3 the price and nicer looking !!
The quality is great but assembly was aggravating. We had to reem out each hole so that the screws would fit. My husband was so aggravated, but we had already reeked out too many holes to send it back. We did eventually get it together but it took about 5 hours of assembly.
We did buy a returned bed but it said that it was only damaged packaging which we dont care about. Maybe this bed was returned due to assembly issues from the initial buyer.
Based on the other reviews it seems this isnt a reoccurring issue but I would steer clear of returned product.
Good product, instructions were pretty clear, only issue is some of the Allen bolts were already slightly stripped making install difficult and some of the bolt holes werent lined up correctly. Which is most build it yourself furniture so it wasnt terrible. Kids love the beds and they seem quite sturdy for a 5 and 6 year old
all the parts were there, the cherry stain was classy, I had no problems for the directions. I did have to do some flipping around. pay attention where the ladder goes because its screwed to both top and bottom. I highly recommend because I visited 3 major furniture store and they could beat the price and I didnt see quality that was twice the price.
These bunk beds have worked out great for our newly 3 5yo girls! They werent too bad to put together (when you read the instructions especially One board was cracked but my husband was able to secure it with a couple more screws.
Like others mentioned, it is more of a cream/ivory than a true white but it looks great in the room.
The screws that hold the upper rail together came loose so my husband secured them with better bolts (see bronze colored bolts vs silver).
My girls are climbers and have been climbing the ladder, the ends of the bed and the sides without any issue so we are thrilled.
Cant beat the price too so highly recommend!
A lot of reviews about slat quality and not enough of them. I totally agree, which is why I took one of the slats to my local hardware store and had them cut me 14 more, cost me 20. But now each mattress is supported by 14 slats and is far more sturdy. I hopped my fat self on there (230lbs) and bounced a little, no issues whatsoever. If it can hold me it can hold my kids for sure. I also have a 11in thick Avocado mattress that weighs 76lbs. This does cause issues with the guard rail, so what do I do? Buy a extra guard rail board and attach that to the existing guard rails for a nice sturdy safe bed.
The one thing I am a bit worried about is that the beds are only attached to each other with a flimsy wood peg that goes from the top of the bottom bed posts about 3in into the bottom of the top bed posts…. I have a few ideas on how to secure that a bit better but havent done that yet.
Overall not bad, just needs a little modification for support and high mattress.
Its perfect product. I would say try it. Just one advise to the manufacturer please add some wood slabs the one you put under the mattress. After installation i went to Home Depot n got more slabs so it can hold the mattress properly

Sturdy and simple
A little creaky and some pieces were chipped/broken but overall a sturdy piece that was fairly easy to assemble. Good buy
well worth it.

Met my expectations
The beds are solid, they look very good, they arrived on time, and they have made my kids happy. Great purchase.
Great deal!
I bought this set for my grandsons to visit, stay all night, and have their own space. The beds are very sturdy, and they love them!
A little modification goes a long way.
