Mine came on time but missing the washers as can be seen in the first picture. I was still able to assemble it pretty easily without the washers, but I did consider docking a star for that.
However, this futon was beautiful and though it has firm cushions, it was perfect for my younger sisters liking. We bought it to serve as her bed when she stays with me, and though we had a topper ready, shed prefer to sleep on the futon itself. We went to Ikea to buy the pillows and had the chance to try their futons as well, I can confirm that Ikeas less-than-$250 futons looked cheap and not comfortable at all. So for the price, this futon is definitely the best deal. I got it for $260 tax.
So far, so good. You definitely need help moving it in the box, but it was easy for me to assemble alone. Just pay attention to the diagrams in the instructions as I missed one set of screws on each side and had to undo the others to put them in-they need to be done at the same time to get aligned. Fits great in a small space as mine is REALLY small. About the size of a small loveseat or double chair. My dog and I can squeeze onto it. Seems quite sturdy though I am not sure I would want kids jumping all over it or a really large person sitting on it. The cushion is firm, not cushy but that works for me. I have not slept in the bed but did lay down on it and it feels comfortable enough. It's just what I needed for my small space and to have a place to sleep when I have visitors as I don't have a spare bedroom. For the price, I think it's well worth it.
I just moved into a new place with a 9x9 spare room which i converted into an office/guest room. I decided a futon would look great and purchased this one and i am not disappointed! Its a little lighter blue color than i expected but I dont mind it at all, I actually think it looks better! I was able to put it together myself and only needed help from my friend to flip it once it was assembled. Id say its more comfortable as a firm mattress than as a couch but as long as youre not using it as your permanent living room couch I think its perfect for a big/spare bedroom or office!
I love this little sleeper sofa. It fits perfectly in my small space. The funky mustard color goes well with my style. This is not a good choice for an overweight or large person. It's a small person sofa for sure. I love it.
Came in earlier with every parts of it and its tools with a manual of instructions to assemble it, all together in one box.. Easy to assemble in less than 30 minutes.. I just got what I wanted..
For the price its perfect, I got it during a deal too so I saved even more money. My cats have already taken a liking to it so its definitely an A product in my book. Could it be softer or comfier, definitely. But I doubt I would have found it at this price or received it as quickly.
