Mine came on time but missing the washers as can be seen in the first picture. I was still able to assemble it pretty easily without the washers, but I did consider docking a star for that.
However, this futon was beautiful and though it has firm cushions, it was perfect for my younger sisters liking. We bought it to serve as her bed when she stays with me, and though we had a topper ready, shed prefer to sleep on the futon itself. We went to Ikea to buy the pillows and had the chance to try their futons as well, I can confirm that Ikeas less-than-$250 futons looked cheap and not comfortable at all. So for the price, this futon is definitely the best deal. I got it for $260 tax.
