First, I cannot believe we bought furniture from , sight unseen and without plopping our rumps into it to make sure it was comfy. But....reviews are pure gold and this chair stacks up to all of its glowing reports! Oversized enough for a person to grab a comfy blanket, pull up their legs, and snuggle in. Its really so great - and sturdy, and cushy, and the delivery was easy peasy.
Ill be sure to flip the pillow every week or so to keep the wear even and a little dose of Scotch Guard to keep the stains away. Seriously, its great...we love it.
I was really hesitant to buy a couch online but Covid made me do it. I did my homework, I was very sure about what I wanted and checked to make sure the return policy was good. Delivery was fast, and I was able to have the movers put it in the room of my choice. I am very happy with this couch it’s very well-made it’s very comfortable and I know I’ll have it for a long time.
We have only had the couch for a couple months but it seems durable and is very large and very attractive. It is comfortable and with the ottoman it can fit the whole family comfortably. I just wish the oversized chair would come back in to stock!
Leather is top grain, has a hardwood frame, sinuous spring system and back cushions are down filled. The seat cushions are not down filled (as they described) - minus one star. Delivery was quick and easy.
I really wanted to like this couch but I just couldn’t and had to return it.
First of all, I got it in “pearl” which let me be clear: IT’S WHITE. Not an off white, not beige, this couch is WHITE. It threw me off and made me basically have a blanket over it the whole time I had it to avoid getting stains and dirt on it.
Second of all, the middle of the couch, where the two seats meet, started sinking within a few days of owning this couch and made it fairly uncomfortable to sit on. I even developed back pain.
Laying on the couch is comfortable and it will easily fit two people laying next to each other but overall I did not like this couch as much as I wanted to and ended up returning it.
The chair itself was very comfortable and nice looking. It was delivered without the piece needed to attach the seat to the base and there was no way to contact the seller to send that part. My only choice was to return the chair and order another one. Doesnt make good sense and inconvenient.
Great great item. Be sure to note this couch is deeper than most. Get all the measurements. Watch the pricing it fluctuates and you can save several hundreds of dollars. Material is excellent. I have three dogs, purchased the brown. Would do so again. Comfortable. Not too soft or firm. It is heavy and sturdy. Better quality than the knock off chain stores for sure and will last longer. Do not be afraid of this purchase. I have the love seat also and the delivery both times was perfect. Communication and texts. Packaged well inside the box held secure with thick staples. Good value. I am very happy would buy again
Very like the chairs. It came broken and replaced one for me. Very big and deep. My two kids can set on a chair together. The size is almost the chair and a half. It is sturdy super easy to install. And you may need pillows to support your back if you order this. Its very deep

The chair itself was very comfortable and nice looking. It was delivered without the piece needed to attach the seat to the base and there was no way to contact the seller to send that part. My only choice was to return the chair and order another one. Doesnt make good sense and inconvenient.

Sofa was delivered broken! The look was good but the sofa was broken upon delivery which was disappointing
