Nice ottoman but not as dark as expected so I had to return it. Shipping team was great and on time. So far the return process has been great. The leather ottoman I feel is priced a little high for the quality...good quality just not top grade for the price.
Great couch! We had ordered another couch from this brand and loved it so much we bought a second one to put in our basement entertainment area. The seat is nice and deep but the back is low so if you like to lean your head back on the seat this isnt the couch for you. The arms are nice and flat to balance a laptop or plate on.
We also got the added delivery service to a room of our choosing and that is the best $20 Ive ever spent. The movers had it in our house and down our narrow stairs in 15 minutes flat.
We will definitely be buying from this brand again.
Honestly Im shocked at the quality of this couch. I kind of took a chance for a guest suite that I was decorating in my home I didnt want to spend thousands of dollars from a furniture store I found this brand and only had a couple reviews but I took a chance and Im really glad I did. Its very well made it took 5 minutes to put the legs on the cushions are made of real down and theyre so comfortable the couch is very deep which I love and the material seems like it would hold up very well I highly recommend anyone to buy this couch who needs like a basic comfortable couch for a small apartment or youre concerned about kids with expensive furniture this would be a great couch for families!
After receiving the couch I also bought a armchair from this brand as well as some decor vases and blankets, all quality!
I really love this sofa! I grew up working in furniture so I know good quality when I see it. The quality is that of Restoration Hardware for 1/3 of the price. They are so comfy and the leather is great. It’s a nice warm leather!!
The couch is a prefect addition for my one bedroom apartment. Very easy to put together, took 5 minutes. Disposing of the cardboard box it came in was the only challenge due to the size, just cut it up. Couch is wide and good for those cuddle up movie nights. It is on the firmer side and feels sturdy. The charcoal grey color matches well with dark wood color furniture.
Easy to remove from the box and setup. Very comfortable if you like low profile furniture. So far seems to resist cats pretty well too. Would buy again and I wish I had room for the matching chair.

It does sit a bit lower to the floor than I anticipated, but that’s an easy fix (which I’ll probably never get around to.) Delivery could not have gone smoother. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
I bought this sofa with the matching chair. The only assembly required is attaching the feet and the tool for it is conveniently provided. The fabric is thick and the whole c”sofa looks and feels durable, which made me not mind the higher price when compared with similar items. The sofa is big and comfortable, as a matter of fact, because of the depth of the back, I recommend getting a couple of good seat cushions. With the cushions this chair is extremely comfortable and ideal for curling up with a good book. Recommended.
