I am not satisfied. I was missing several pieces to this bed and now I have to wait weeks just to receive the pieces!!! and ontop of that, the box was extremely damaged! I was so excited to get this bed frame and now I am afraid to even sleep in it.
It wasnt as easy to put together as I had hoped. Also, the black material that goes on the back of the headboard (that I thought was shipping material) - and promptly tossed - was not listed on the supply list. Oops!
In the end, a very pretty bed that is low to the floor; this is a good thing so my daughter cannot put everything under her bed when she cleans her room.
I needed a daybed that would take a Twin XL Mattress (needed the extra length), very few offerings meet this requirement. So by checking around on , I was able to find this platform bed that also offered the storage that the day bed did not. A King Size Headboard that fit the length of the platform bed perfectly and also a perfect color match, then I found the pillows also on , so by putting all three together I had a daybed that holds a twin XL mattress and has storage! Every item came from a different vendor, but one source - Thank you !
Update:
Yesterday a nice man came by with another box, (I didnt even know there was another box on top of what I received)! He was kind and explained what happened and this box included the rest of the parts and manual.
Assembly was a bit time consuming but in the end all parts were there and the bed looks good. I am satisfied on how it was resolved!

So I got the package and no instructions and or screws. Not sure if this was in the description but if not then please let your future customers know if certain items are not included and if the manual is online please also take a note of it. Thank you.
Great for the price! Pretty sturdy, just make sure to put it where you want it when building. Not really meant to be moved, unless you have more then one person to pick it up and move it. Wish the drawers were a little deeper, but otherwise great!
This is a great addition to my sons room. This is a space saver since my son doesnt have a dresser in his room. There is actually extra storage behind the drawers inside the bottom of the bed. Enough room to fit a large tub of items behind the drawers. Appears sturdy, but got the protection offered, just in case, due to the other reviews. Have had the bed for several months now with no complaints. Got the bed in black and it looks very nice.

3 hours to assemble and I am a machinist,wood parts should be tagged or numbered better.

If you using power tools set at low
Over all prity easy assembly took 2 hrs because the piece werent labeled with a sticker (a,b,c ext)
