Not only is this exactly what I needed for my move to another state, the company worked with me to make sure I got it before my move began. This will serve as my bed until the movers arrive at my new home with my furniture. When I ordered it, the delivery window was up to two days after I would be leaving Texas for Geor. I contacted the company and explained, and they shipped it out immediately for me. Wonderful customer service and a lovely, useful, product that will serve as an extra guest bed when needed in my home!
I love the look of it and it is really comfortable to sit in as a chair, but as a bed it is not comfortable to sleep on. It is very stiff and the padding is thin when it is all laid out.
I ordered two of these chairs, black and royal blue, for extra guests. My two young sons, who are relatively light, jumped on both of them for three days straight. The blue one completely separated between the two large cushions, but the black one is still intact. The fabric is not showing any damage. They love these chairs!! We line them up long ways and play football indoors. Great purchase.
This sleeper chair is INCREDIBLY comfortable and the height when folded up into a chair is perfect for myself (58), my wife (51) and my infant (26)!
We really needed a mattress for our baby room for those expected middle of the night cries, but didnt want something that took up all the space all the time, and this worked out perfectly! In fact, I think I actually get a better nights sleep on this than my real bed.
In chair-mode, it actually makes a very comfortable lounger, at just the right height with a more functional backrest than expected!
With the way the folds are designed, it can convert from chair mode to mattress mode with just one hand and without needing to flip or turn anything.
There was only a slight foam smell that passed within a day or two, and it wasnt as pungent as the previous memory foam mattress I tried and returned. Note that this mattress is not memory foam (it doesnt feel like it, at least).
The fabric is decent - not high quality but not cheap quality either. Feels like itll hold up for a while. Theres a zipper to allow you to remove the cover and wash, but I havent tried yet.
My only criticism is the velcro that holds the head/backrest in place. When in a mattress mode, there is nothing to cover the rigid side of the velcro, leaving it exposed to baby. But it wasnt worth losing a star over.

I had difficulty initially trying to figure out how to convert the Flip Chair between its different forms; to go from chair to bed, you have to pull forward and then you can push back.
