Love this couch! It looks really nice and much more expensive than it was.
It was easy to assemble too. Its slightky lower to the ground than I expected but Im short so that wasnt an issue for me.
So four stars it is! We got the navy futon.
Heres what I like about it: looks more expensive than it is. The linen/cloth feel is nice. A little hard, but offers nice support. Plenty of room for a tall-ish (6 or below) person to sleep on when folded down. Very easy to fold up and down.
Heres what he doesnt like about it: a couple of the holes to connect the arm to the body of the couch were drilled incorrectly, so we had to improvise. He thinks the back is too hard and requested that we go to the store and buy many pillows. It is also fairly low to the ground, as other reviews have said.
That being said, were keeping it. Already bought a twin sized mattress topper to go on top (which I would say is basically necessary).
I have the love seat version of this sleeper sofa, not the futon, and I love it!! I waited a few months before writing a review to test the product out.

- The mattress is not the most comfortable in the world to sleep on, but its definitely not the worse ! I just added a comforter underneath the mattress for extra comfort and it worked fine for me!
-I dont see it true to color? I have the grey color, but sometimes it looks like it has hues of blues in different lighting. It doesnt really bother me, becuase even with the hues of blue it still matches with my room.
- Those are the only real cons I have, but take it with a grain of salt. Its not an actual bed with a really mattress its a sleeper sofa .
Also, Ive been catching family members coming into my room to specifically lounge on my couch
The couch looks amazing, the shipping was quick, and it was easy to assemble with one person. But fair warning, you get what you pay for. The cushions are hard, the middle support legs are plastic, and the seating area is short from front to back. I dont think I would sleep on this regularly. But like I said, it looks good and will do the job.
I tried to put this together and was successful until I hit the arm rest. My husband figured it out after a while. It works well but 2 weeks in and i feel like the inner springs hit my butt when i sit now.

If youre looking for a comfortable futon, this is NOT it.
Beautiful! Only problem is that it feels too firm! Not plushy at all which makes it uncomfortable to seat on.
