I think of this sofa as mostly decorative. I keep it in my entry room, where it receives a lot of compliments but not a lot of use. On a scale of 1-10 I would probably give it a 5 for comfort. Its not the type of sofa you would want to watch a long movie on. Having it fold out as a bed is handy, but it has a large gap in the middle when its flat, which makes it a little awkward to sleep on. It is about 6 inches shorter and 4 inches wider than a standard twin mattress. I put a 2.5 inch memory foam mattress topper on it, which makes it tolerable. It doesnt fit a twin fitted sheet, so I use two flat sheets instead. It already has a small tear in one of the cushions. Despite its drawbacks, I would still buy it again just because its so pretty.
It was super easy to build. Im a petite single mom and was able to assemble this is in 1 hour with 44 min with a grumpy toddler helicoptering me. A piece of the back broke immediately but its still good for now. Its somewhat comfortable. If you need a couch ASAP and are in a budget... get this couch. Otherwise Id save my money for something more durable. I love the style and color. Ill update this review in a week or two
Update: its been a little over a month and its really grown on me. Despite what other reviews say I find it comfortable to lay and watch tv on and my mom slept on it folded down and said it was comfortable. Even though it looks small, it can comfortably seat myself, my mother, and my two kids. I say get it!
Its small. It feels like it moves around when I lay on it. It was cheap and it looks nice enough so Ill stick with it, but I already miss the much bigger, more cushion-y couch that I gave up to get this one.
I love this sofa. I put it together myself, it took me some time but overall it was easy. Fits perfectly in my space. Im not done decorating my place so I cant post a picture of my space at this time. But its as beautiful as the picture.
I found it a little bit hard to sit down on, although nothing that cant be sovled by adding some pillows. Easy to assemble, beautiful color as ilustrated in the pictures.
I had been looking for a mid-century style futon sofa for my new apartment without having to pay a ton of money. Here comes the Brittany sofa! It is perfect. It was SUPER easy to assemble and its lightweight enough to move around if needed. It looks great in my space and it is easy to fold down for guests to sleep on. It seems to be well made and the linen fabric is really nice. My only complaint is that it is very firm for sitting and probably sleeping, but if you like that sort of thing, then thats okay!

One leg wont screw all the way . Definitely not a couch to buy if you want your guests to sleep comfortably
