Was impressed that it arrived one day earlier than expected. UPS guy was great, helping push it through my door. Functioning less than 20 minutes later. As a futon, a bit uncomfortable, feel two metal bar areas. I find sleeping on it as a couch much better. Perfect for my small apartment. Would buy again.
Ive had this ottoman for a few months and no complaints here. It looks nice and functions properly, really easy to assemble. Its ok quality, we use it lightly and its held up so far.
We bought one of these to go at the foot of our bed for 1) somewhere to sit and tie our shoes, 2) a sturdy step to help our short yet stocky dog and our elderly cats up onto the bed with us, and 3) extra storage space.
When we got it and set it up, which simply means screwing the four little legs to the bottom with provided Allen wrench, we were thrilled with its construction and beauty. The lid has a hydraulic/type opening mechanism which keeps the lid up securely while you tend to its contents, and it is very spacious inside.
After a couple of days, we decided we wanted a second one so we could put them side by side at the foot of our King/sized bed, and they look aming! We really like the extra storage for bedding, emergency supplies, and whatnot.
The shipping didnt take too long, even though both times we ordered they were out of stock. They seem to get regular shipments in frequently, so it was not an issue.
We are currently looking to buy a new home with much more space than we have now, so we will likely purchase ANOTHER one for our living room. We love it that much.
Fantastic quality for its price. Its light/weight, adjustable, and comfy to sleep on (according to not just me but guests too!). Installation was a piece of cake and all tools and parts were provided. This futon can be covered with a twin/sized fitted sheet.
One thing to note though: the way this futon is designed makes it easy for you to tip over if you lie on the side that doesnt have legs, so as a bed, you can only sleep on one side or on the middle (or sleep on it like its a couch).
Overall, I highly recommend this product if youre looking for a perfectly functional futon without sacrificing your wallet!

This is a very nice fouton for the price. Was easy to assemble and my son loved it. Very comfortable.
