This was a excellent bunk bed frame that saved us a lot of money . Assembly was easy, very durable and the product was as described. The only thing that was off was some of the metal bars had a stain residue that wouldn't wipe off. making it more of a yellow tint in certain areas . Due to price and the time crunch I was in, I did not reach out to the company. I still highly recommend this frame if you're looking for something durable.
This bunk set is a great value and space saver. Our boys love being able to share a room. Additionally, we lost a piece in a move and the seller was able to send us the missing piece EXTREMELY fast and even followed up to ensure it's arrival. The customer service is fantastic
What didn't like was how it was shiped left and stuff in open next side of road in main street in town on pooring. Raining day destroy box and some directions had carry everything up three flights of steps put together but other then that ok
They are great, we did not find the assembly hard to do but it is definitely something two have to do. The material is great they are sturdy and it gives kids enough space in Between. Overall 10 out of 10
The assembly instructions are clear. It took around 2 hours to put together, with a partner. One of the welds was messed up where a screw goes to on the head board of the first assembled bed and would not let the screw fassen. The black pieces wouldnt fit in the spaces between the upper and lower bunks but it still seems sturdy.
This bed is a great solution when you have three kids sharing a room. However, it has been the hardest thing I've had to assemble. I've put together a ton of furniture, too! It's not sturdy feeling- like you'd have to tighten all the screws on a weekly basis. Definitely wouldn't recommend the top bunk for kids over 8. (You also probably don't want kids under 8 on the top as it is, lol.) There are no supports under the two bottom beds, besides the "feet" in each corner. Overall, I would return it but it was so much work to put together. I'll give it a week or two and see how it supports my three boys.

Good
The instructions were missing a lot of details. The top bed is not as steady as I thought it would be but it will work.
