Ordered this table to replace a loft top we had and was broken in the move to our new place. At first, the original table we ordered got lost in transit but the company was very helpful and quick to respond in helping to rectify the situation and resend us a new one! The table arrived, very easy and simple to assembly, very study in its build, and my wife and I love it! Goes great in our new place, and perfect for our living room!
I would give 5 stars, which they deserve after this, but I tend to see 5 stars as mostly bots or people not giving honest reviews. The only thing I would say is wrong with the table, no fault of the company, is the softness of the screws so just be careful as you tighten things down. But other than that, if you are in the market for a lift top I highly recommend this one! For the price it is perfect!
Its a little short but fine for us and our living room and the feature of the top coming up is great and sturdy. I do 90% of my work(digital artist and custom product maker) on my laptop and this is convenient! Only problem i had was I was missing one of the little white screw holders thats were in the 3 and 5 panels but I made my own way to hold the screw in and its working so far. I think it got lost in prepacking process since it wasnt in box at all. Thats a basic mistake so wont effect the rating. They also sent out really fast. I got mine in like 3/4 days and thats with the weekend being in the mist.
What can I say about this coffee table? What you see is what you get and for what I paid for it, I know this was the best deal in town. The seller shipped early and I received it two days early. This was a big plus for me because I couldnt wait to put it together and replace my existing coffee table. Also, I had asked the seller, the day before it was shipped, If could get the other color (rustic brown) instead of the one I ordered. I never heard back from them but when the table arrived, they had sent me the color I asked for. It was well packaged and easy to extract all individual parts for inventory. Needless to say, nothing was missing and all I had left to hope for was the instructions. Ive assembled many pieces of furniture and it can be a nightmare with awful or sometimes missing instruction. This product did not fail in this department. The pieces were clearly marked and the instructions were well written, easy to read, intuitive and an easy to follow set of instructions even my ten year old son could have done it. Plenty of diagrams, pictures, and the required logical instructions.
The height is perfect for my new loveseats and couch. I couldnt be much happier with my new coffee table and I highly recommend it. I just cant believe how many people are complaining about how hard it was to assemble. Sure, the instructions werent perfect but its a small coffee table for crying out loud. I how could you NOT figure this out. On the last step when drilling in the screws for the top, sit it inside the table and line all the holes. Start on the first one with one hand holding the top and then line up the first screw into the hole. Dont drill it in all the way, about three quarters of the way, then line the next screw and so on. Once you get them all in, start with the first and start screwing them all in. You dont really need two people, just a little talent and common sense.
I really like this little table its great for eating on or using the laptop. Only thing I was bummed about was it was too small underneath to store my small printer.
Love the table!! The extending top is great for storage and great for doing work on the couch! Easy to assemble, but 2 people makes the job a lot easier for the last step. Can be done with simple drill or screwdriver, pretty sturdy. Would recommend!
Update 4/6/21:
My review was seen and an email was sent offering a 30% refund for my troubles. Since I can fix the issue, I am satisfied with that. Good customer service.

Its actually pretty fire tbh only downside I could think of its rather small but then again my apartment small af so it worked out
