We bought this trampoline for our kids and it was much easier to assemble than we thought. The hardest part was getting the cover over the safety net poles. That took a good workout lol. The trampoline itself is very sturdy, the net does its job and keeps the kids in safely. We had one issue with a metal piece that attaches the coil to the jumping mat but the seller took care of the problem within 24 hours. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this product.
Very well made. Found the video online and it made a huge difference in assembling the trampoline. Was able to put it together by myself. The straps to attach to the ground are cheap so I purchased stronger ones. Other than that very impressed. Highly recommend.
We ordered the 15 foot trampoline. Order was received quick, but was missing some pieces. I contacted the seller and they responded same day with the tracking number. I then failed to look ahead and was missing one other piece. I again contacted the seller and they responded that they would ship out the piece. Aming! Trampoline itself is durable and easy to assemble. Highly recommended! Better price available for same designs
UPON RECEIVING MY TRAMPOLINE,I CHECKED THE PARTS LISTAND DISCOVERED I WAS MISSING 12 WASHERS.I EMAILED THE COMPANY AND THEIR RESPONSE WAS IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER.THE MISSING PARTS WERE SHIPPED OUT IMMEDIATELY. THE TRAMPOLINE ITSELF IS GREAT .MY 4 GRANDKIDS LOVE IT. It is sturdy and looks beautiful

For this price, Id wish the trampoline was better the safety net ripped on one side when setting it up and it was an absolute pain to build it up!! Took almost a whole day.
The directions need so adjusting. It told us to use parts to connect the legs to the u shape with the parts that needed to connect to the t. Over all wasnt bad but winged it. may be returning
