I ordered this trampoline for our 9 and 11 year olds. It was shipped and delivered quickly. The description says it comes in 3 boxes, but only two were delivered. Some of the reviews said theirs came in two boxes so I messaged the seller about the 3rd box and they responded right away to give me the tracking number for the 3rd box, and it showed it was being delivered two days later. My husband put it together within a couple hours and the kids love it. They use it all the time and it seems really sturdy with their friends on it too. It arrived on time
Product looks good and functions somehow good. My issues are as follows:
The ladder does not attach securely on the trampoline, there is no mechanical connection to it just basically sits there, my daughter fell two time already since we bought it two weeks ago. I had to buy another ladder from different manufacturer that has screws and will not move.
Assembly instructions are not that clear and took more than its supposed to to get it all together.
my biggest issue is the ladder. Dont buy it if youre not going to buy a separate ladder. However I still wouldnt recommend you try buying it
This seemed like a great product to me. I recieved it in good time. After I recieved it I was informed that home owners goes up and I cant afford that. So unfortunately I have to return it. I requested . They approved. They sent me 1 shipping label not 3 for all 3 boxes. So hopefully they answer soon because I only have a little time to return! I wish I could keep it. It was perfect . Its a good product
The trampoline arrived on time, on the way to my house however the box got slightly damaged and few items went missing because of it. Contacted the seller about missing items, they responded promptly and sent me everything I needed immediately. Few days later I had everything I needed and my trampoline is now standing and my kids can get enough of it. Five star, very much recommend.
We ordered a 12ft trampoline from about a year and a half ago. Our kids (and the neighborhood) did a real number on the outside netting. We contacted and were able to easily order a replacement net. However, we didnt take it out of the box for nearly 6 months and when we did, we discovered it was 14ft. We contacted and no questions asked, they were ready to send us a replacement. They learned that the size we needed was out of stock and offered us a BRAND NEW TRAMPOLINE instead. We couldnt believe it. Yes, we have to go through the tear down and set up again, but they could have easily just said oh well and left us to figure out replacing the net with a generic one. Quality customer service is precious, and unfortunately rare, so we are very grateful for s efforts.
8FT is a very good size for smaller backyard at the same time has enough space to have fun my 9 years old daughter really enjoying it she plays gymnastics so its perfect for her, really good quality, not too high it doesnt block the view. Best quality product

Ok product but needs some improvements
