I ordered this in white and received it in black instead. It was too heavy to think about returning so kept it in black. Set up was easy. The bed seemed to be in an already opened box as the Styrofoam was broken and made a mess of my room while setting up. Set up was easy. I did it myself and it took about an hour and half. Maybe less. The bed seems really solid and lets see how long it can go before I need to re/tighten the screws. Its for a guest room and looks good. I really love how it look like
The parts seem sturdy enough. However the box it came in was damaged having holes in it that were just taped over. At the same time it came missing the instructions and hardware to put it together. So now I just have a pile of metal sitting in my room that I cant put together .Very disappointed with this purchase.
I wasnt sure what to expect when I ordered this bed but am quite happy with it. It seems to be quite sturdy. Assembly can be somewhat slow but once we started using our own tools to assemble it, it was quite fast.Instructions were very clear. You get more than what you pay for!
Im so happy with this bed. The slats are metal, which is great since Im on the larger side. It feels great with my mattress on. Will be buying from them again

The rest were fine, but I had to take screwdriver and grind the defected one to make the hole bigger. Also, I would recommend making the bed with two people to save time. For me alone it took a little over two hours. Im satisfied with my purchase.
This is a beautiful bed. I really like it. When you put it together, make sure that the holes on the posts are closest to the outside of the bed, so there is maximum distance between the bed rails. I accidently flipped the posts the wrong way, so the bed slats wouldnt fit between the bed rails. Also, if you need to contact customer service, make sure that you fill out their form on their website. When I had a question about the product, I had difficulty getting a response from them. They never responded to the email I sent them, and the phone went straight to voicemail. Then I finally got a response when I filled out the online form. Super happy with it.
