Pay no attention to any negative reviews other than one's that suggest that if you have a fat ass you're not going to fit into these chairs.
That's the one down side if you own / carry one.
Otherwise, these chairs are remarkable for the price.
Everyone has commented on how rich they look, well-constructed etc.
People will bitch about the slightest imperfections (BTW, there are none!) so if you're one of those people then don't buy 'em.
If you're one that can appreciate the fact that for $60/chair, they're absolutely gorgeous, then go for it!

Put 4 of them together in 30 min!

The teacher I bought this for loves it. The plastic pieces are pretty cheap, and the directions were a little weird, but if she's happy with it....great.
Accurately advertised and great product for a great price. Took less than 10 minutes to put together. As other reviewers have mentioned, the seat itself is on the smaller side, so not great for larger folks.

Nice, solid chair. The adjustable seat height compresses a bit when you sit on it, but you get used to it. Well made and sturdy.
