Ordered two chairs but one of them was shipped incorrectly. Contacted the team and they were extremely helpful and responsive - returning the incorrect chair was a very easy process and they got the correct chair sent to me very quickly right after! Love the chairs! Theyre very comfortable and look great in my kitchen!
These stools are very nice and good quality but I needed a different color. Had to ship back to the actual merchant not drop off for . They were rude and tried to force me to keep the stools or 'give them to the less fortunate'??? They went back and forth with me try to convince me to keep them or 'donate' them and be out of $450!!! They finally set an appt for Fedex pickup and in their words..since I 'insisted' on returning them. I will not order another product.
The stools arrived on time and well packaged. They assembled as quick and easy as anything i've ever assembled; just four screws for each stool and one allen wrench that was included. First of all, when assembled they look terrific. Sitting on them is comfortable and they glide up and down very nicely. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
I was a bit Leary of ordering Furniture on .. what if I have to return?? What if they are uncomfortable?? Poor Quality?? After reading the reviews I decided to take a chance and I am so happy I did! These chairs are SUPER comfy! Very well constructed (Im Picky) and sturdy. Swivel mechanism is smooth! We got the White and the material is actually a white color not cream. Easy to cleanup which is what I wanted at the island. They Look super swaggy!!! I had to put mine together but only took about 5min per chair…super easy and well packaged! LOVE LOVE LOVE them!! Oh and they even have a protective metal strip on the foot rest!! Very nice! I give 8 Stars easy!

Very flimsy chair. I bought due to the fact that it isn't as bulky as my last chair but I doubt this is going to hold up for a long period of time.
