Ordered two chairs but one of them was shipped incorrectly. Contacted the team and they were extremely helpful and responsive - returning the incorrect chair was a very easy process and they got the correct chair sent to me very quickly right after! Love the chairs! Theyre very comfortable and look great in my kitchen!
