Arrived on time in great shape. Was easier to put together than expected. Took me around 4 hours alone to put together. The grandkids love their new bed.

Also purchased two full and one twin Signature Sleep Contour 8/Inch mattresses (already had one twin mattress),
and four SafeRest Mattress Protectors.

Met my expectations completel Great deal, had it for a month so far, no complaints. Sturdy enough, pretty wide, so u sleep comfortably. Once It happened, that my roommate and her boyfriend fell asleep on the lower bunk, so I climbed on top, and guess what, this bed was sturdy even for three, not that we gonna keep practicing it)).
First unit arrived in a distressed box that was obviously a returned item when compared with the replacement unit, which was packaged very well. The original was just a box of parts, while the replacement was a properly sealed box with packing materials separating the components and keeping them in place during shipment. The original had a crushed and bent main leg most likely caused by the repackaging without any of the necessary packing materials.
One other component was faulty//a crossbeam support which needed to have a notch on it did not, so we ended up with two show/stopping problems in the first unit. The replacement was much better, and the bed is now complete and in use.

Works great. Supports 400+ pounds so far (multiple people). Long assembly but sturdy frame. No box spring required.
