It took us forever to set up because the instructions are not super clear and I honestly hate reading instructions.
We did the top section first so she had a place to sleep. Since there was no rush, we did the futon section at the bottom later. It allows some storage at the bottom. I like how high the top bunk is because you dont feel cramped when sitting in the bottom bunk.
All in all, it took my daughter and I about 4 hrs. It was worth it. Now her tiny apartment looks a little more roomy. Beautiful color good quality
Ok. Im going to be straight forward: it was a little bit of a pain to construct considering how many parts there are. However the finished product is a masterpiece. It looks and feels very sturdy. My mattress is quite think but I dont feel scared of falling off the top bunk thanks to the high rails. Other than the amount of parts required to build it, I would 100 recommended and buy again if needed for any reason. Perfect size and color for my needs.

This bunk bed worked perfectly for four extra guests. The two 7 year old girls slept perfectly together on the top bunk and two 13 year old boys on the bottom bunk had plenty of room. When in futon mode fits just about anywhere even in a wide hall (which is where this was in a basement entry way. it is very pretty.

This is better than i expected. It gets used every other weekend by my twin 14 year old twin boys. Good product and definitely a value of a purchase.

Shakes
It is very nice but it shakes every time my son sits on it or climb to the top. he is only 58 pounds Im so unhappy with this product.
