The box and number of parts is very over whelming but it was a pleasant surprise of only 8 steps and very easy to understand! We actually did two sets of beds. Very pleased Must buy.
This thing was a pain in the butt to build but it was well worth it! I paired it went mattresses on and the boys love this bed!! Very durable, quality bed for the price. Functional.
My kid keeps hitting his head in the ceiling. Dont get this without a professional to assemble it. There are way too many pieces. It takes 2/3 hours and specialty power tools to put together. It is alright.
The colour is grey as someone else commented, not silver. Otherwise, its a great bunk bed. Its sturdy and easy to assemble. My mattresses fit really well. Mind that we have pillowtop thick mattresses; surprisingly, the fit. This is our guest room. My only suggestion is to add the steps to the side; these steps are hard and small for chubby people. Also, the steps location limit the options to position the bed. I wish I didnt have to cover the light coming from my window. Its the only negative opinion I have. Perfect for my teenager.
For the price you are paying is totally worth it.
But the top bed is always moving.. the stairs hurt your feet to go up (very uncomfortable to use it)
For the lower bed is super comfortable and you dont feel it moving as you feel on the top part.
If you can spend a little more money, Id buy a hard/wood/more solid bed. Interesting.

Top bed moves a lot
For the price you are paying is totally worth it.
