Waited a long time for this to come and did not know it would arrive in separate shipments. So initially, I was furious to only find a few pieces to assemble. Days later we got the rest and went to work. Took a couple hours to put together. Had to drill holes in some places as there were no holes. There are also no letters on any piece to correspond with the short instructions. Note that the drawers do not connect in any way, they just sit on the floor and roll out. However, the style is exactly what I was looking for so overall Im happy. The process and waiting was not ideal, but again, happy enough at the end of the day.
Note : If you choose to return DO NOT RIP THE BOX APART. The seller has VERY strict policies for returns that are also very costly to the buyer. So be sure you are keeping it before tearing into it. Overall you got what you paid for.

First all the nails, bolts, washers, etc. were in one bag with none of them marked. In order for me to know what item was what number I had to sort and count them to find out what item corresponded with what number in the instructions. That was very inconvenient and time consuming.
Then after I got all the items sorted out, the very first step was to put the legs on the head and foot boards. But there were no starter holes to help me know where to put them. I had to try to figure out where to put the legs and use a cordless screwdriver to put them on. Then the stabilizing bar would not go into the holders on the foot and head boards correctly. The part of it cut the black fabric and obscured the screw hole. So I had to unscrew one of the holders, tape down the fabric and then put the stabilizing bar in the holder and re/screw the holder. I managed to get most of the bed together and then the slats were too long to fit on the bed. So I had to undo most of what I had accomplished, put the slats on the the bed then redo what I had to undo to make the slats fit.
Ive ordered furniture, especially beds, and have never had more trouble then I did with this bed. Not worth the money.

One word of warning about shipping; This item comes in two separate boxes.
One tracking number is issued for both boxes.
FedEx delivered the smaller box first, which makes the tracking number show the shipment as complete.
They were unable to inform me over the phone that a second package existed. In fact they specifically said only one box was shipped!
5 to 6 hours later, the bulkier second box arrived, in a completely different truck.
This is in no way any fault of the seller! The item is as described and seems well/constructed for its price. Please with this purchase
Nice quality. Definitely a 2/person assemble. We use the trundle every day. After trying 2 different bottom mattresses, I eventually purchased and installed taller feet to make sliding the trundle bed under the top bed easier. This was definitely a good choice.
Had to order this bed twice. The first time, I ordered it from , directly from as the seller. It arrived with the box in tatters, the corners of the bed exposed and damaged. But worse, only 1 box of 2 ever came. Box 2 never even had a tracking . The company, wanted nothing to do with the situation. Refused to return my calls. It was a major fiasco to get a refund. Finally, I was able to reorder the bed with as the actual seller. All the pieces arrived intact. It was fairly easy to assemble. Seems sturdy, looks nice. There was some hardware missing though. I was able to replace it at a hardware store. In the end, I like the bed. I am just not sure it was worth the hassle though. I am so disappointed.
