I was able to assemble the chair myself even though the seat portion is heavy. I use it as a makeup chair in my bathroom. It was super important that the chair be sturdy with no tipping, and it is. It works very well for me (Im a senior) with a little grandchild and cats that also use the chair. Lol
Great chair, but HUGE caveat on the customer service. We have ordered this chair several times. We wanted two of them/ one for each kid. We received only one of the chairs that we ordered so far, and it took forever. The chair is great. We love it. Its very soft and comfortable and the seating is really nice sturdy thick memory foam. Thats why I gave it five stars. But beware: its almost not even worth the hassle of the absolutely terrible customer service. It took over a month to ship, and throughout the company was terrible at communicating anything. One of the chairs we ordered never even got here at all. I did put another order in because again/ we love the one we (finally) got. It says estimated arrival in about a week, but based on our experience, I dont believe that for a second. So if you can chance it on 50/50 that it will never even get to you at all, the great likelihood that it will be about a month late if it does, and terrible customer service and zero communication from the company in the meantime, then this is a great chair!
(Oh, also, its for smaller people. A very tall or large person would not be supported that well by this chair. But its perfect for kids and small adults).
This arrived early. Very cute, looks exactly like the picture. Comfortable. The only reason I didnt give it five stars is because even though it is adjustable up and down its still a little short for a desk chair. So I just threw a cushion on top to make it comfortable to type. Im short tho 52. So if youre tall you may not need the extra cushion or if youre not using it as a desk chair or have a lower desk it would be fine.
Awesome chair. The perfect soft cool pink color. It doesnt take up too much space and fits perfectly at my studio desk. I do use a large cushion to help with my posture. Not sure yet how the chairs cushion will hold up over a year. Ive only used it for 2 months now and its still in great condition. I chose the chair specifically for the elegant clamshell design, and its very beautiful in person. And for context, I am a 55 thin person and I find this chair very roomy.
