Great chair, but HUGE caveat on the customer service. We have ordered this chair several times. We wanted two of them/ one for each kid. We received only one of the chairs that we ordered so far, and it took forever. The chair is great. We love it. Its very soft and comfortable and the seating is really nice sturdy thick memory foam. Thats why I gave it five stars. But beware: its almost not even worth the hassle of the absolutely terrible customer service. It took over a month to ship, and throughout the company was terrible at communicating anything. One of the chairs we ordered never even got here at all. I did put another order in because again/ we love the one we (finally) got. It says estimated arrival in about a week, but based on our experience, I dont believe that for a second. So if you can chance it on 50/50 that it will never even get to you at all, the great likelihood that it will be about a month late if it does, and terrible customer service and zero communication from the company in the meantime, then this is a great chair!
(Oh, also, its for smaller people. A very tall or large person would not be supported that well by this chair. But its perfect for kids and small adults).
