I have been using this bed for about a month. I like it so far. It is very nice looking. The drawers open and close smoothly. It took about 2-2 1/2 hours each day on a weekend to assemble it. Instructions were not as clear as it could have been in a couple of places, but we were able to figure it out.
Good bed. Easy to assemble. My daughter loves it. Great for when she has a friend sleep over. Only bad thing it took forever to get delivered. Two boxes, first one came about 4 weeks late, even got a notice saying it may be lost. Second box came a week after the first.
Built very well with solid pine. Very nice finish. Takes a day to build but its very well organized with good directions. Glad I purchased and worth the premium.
The bed was fairly easy to assemble. The only issue was the instructions were not completely clear about one piece of the lower bed frame assembly where there is two large circular cuts to join the leg post to the bed frame. I tried to call support but no one answered and I didnt want to wait for an email. I looked for an assembly video or a more clear instruction manual online but nothing was to be found. I figured out a way to make it work with the hardware supplied though. All in all with a few breaks and some time to look for clearer instructions on the questionable piece, it took about 4 hrs to assemble. My children love it and the cats do too. So far it seems to be a great purchase.
Its was not to hard to put together. I used my drill though.. I personally hate those Allen key screws.. Its what you pay for.. Every works well my daughter loves it.
Absolutely gorgeous. Well made. Sturdy. Reinforced everywhere. Not easy to assemble. You need 2 people. We had many issues with broken pieces and wrong pieces received, but the company was excellent on customer service. We immediately received all the pieces as soon as we contacted them and on a timely matter received everything.
After initially having a problem with the first bed that was sent out that was missing the paper instructions and unfortunately also had some missing parts and was damaged in during shipping - The seller went above and beyond to make this right and the final product looks absolutely Perfect in my daughter’s bedroom and she loves it! The bed has so much storage space and such a cool way of presenting the space too. Thank you.
It is a lot of parts to assemble most of the instructions were easy to follow. It took two people to assemble and a few hours. Overall, finished product is beautiful for my daughter.
