It is a cute bed and serves its purpose but a bit pricey considering it’s not as sturdy as I thought it would be, especially since having to wait months for it to get back in stock. There were missing screws and a piece of the wood was missing a chunk out of it. It was nowhere to be found in the box to even glue back together. It did however arrive before it said it would.
We have been looking for this bed frame for quite some time! We went with the white and it was exactly what we were expecting and looked for, king size fitting.
Once assembled looks great as a guest bed in a den area ! Styled it as a daybed .
Seller response time was excellent - boxes arrived on different days and my final box was wrong colour - contacted seller and got same day response and correct replacement box shipped next day.
Assembly - requires 2 people and some time - took us 3 days (we took the assemble one box after work each day approach -2 hrs a day) lol. A bit complex but looks beautiful and stable once fully put together .
I read several mixed reviews about this bunk bed, but decided to order it any ways, and I’m happy that I did. It was easy to assemble, and is very sturdy. It easily fits four kiddos, giving them each their own space. I’m very happy with this purchases!
This bed came in 3 LARGE boxes and had a lot of pieces to put together. But the bed is really cute and style is great for tweens-teens with lots of storage space
The bed is great and my daughter loves it but the customer service is even better. FedEx ruined a box and instantly I was shipped another. There was also a box missing the hardware and instantly I was shipped the hardware. They always replied to me right away.
Honestly the bed’s beautiful and sturdy but it is well worth the cost of expert assembly!!! I wish I would have anticipated just how incredibly long it was going to take… and how confusing the instructions were. The bed’s exactly as described and shown but if you aren’t handy or just moderately handy, then you should definitely pay for the assembly!
Product is a perfect fit for my tiny studio bedroom. Creates an excellent amount of storage without taking up extra space. Does come in MANY pieces and will take hours to assemble. Best done as a two person job. Wood is heavy but to me this means sturdy. Shipped in three boxes due to size/weight but all boxes arrived same day. An attractive solution for storage/bed frame. I love having a place to keep books I’m currently reading within easy reach of my bed.
