Better off going to a Mennonite or Amish community.

You know, I was very open to this bed. The photos looked wonderful and fairly simple. Upon receiving the item and starting the assembly process, I was amazed on how bad the material was built. Holes not in the right places, holes too large for some of the included pegs. The instructions were also just as bad. I am one for pictures, but pictures without words does not help the process a single bit. We are now four hours into what should have been an 1 to 1 and a half hours top. From having to fix the manufacturers mistakes.

    Beautiful sturdy bed

First off I was worried when reading the reviews on how long it took to put together so I added the assembly services. It took the guy 5 hours. (He was wonderful btw) He said he never seen anything like it and its a well made bed. I had to get this bed because of my tiny room and plus Im getting married in June and dont want to buy a new house so this worked out perfectly. I added a bookcase headboard which was cheaper than the one thats sold separately for this bed. I did add a box spring mattress for the height. (I love tall beds lol) The only con would be the assembly which I dont think me or my fiance have the patience for. But its a beautiful sturdy bed overall

    Beautiful bed great storage

What a great bed! All kids of books and shelves and cubbies to fit all the important things. It even has a shelf that comes out and acts like a side table. It also is reversable so you can have it on any wall. It does come with about 500 pieces so plan on assembling it for a while, but the directions are fairly straightforward and dont require any special tools. Has a lip to hold the mattress so it doesnt slide off. Great bed!

    Solid purchase

Not terribly difficult to put together, but definitely a 2 man job. Excellent instructions. Love the final outcome. Love the color. The drawers are on the small side but super useful. Would recommend.

    Very happy!

The girls love their new bed. There were a couple of times I had to take things apart because I didnt catch the details in the picture directions (Which boards face which direction) so it needed to be fixed, but over all it was decently easy to put together.

    I want one for myself

Well, I bought it for my parents, but now want one for myself. It’s too complicated to self assemble, so I have to pay for it. If it is cheaper to assemble, I would buy one for every room.

    Great, Sturdy Bed

This bedframe takes forever to build. I spent 7 hours putting it together, with a couple breaks. Your back will hurt after assembling this, but it is well worth it. Everything is super sturdy, no creaks or squeaks so far. Having a small room means that any storage space helps greatly. This bed has tons of storage and a higher weight capacity than most. I saw one review that mentioned the wood being thin and not sturdy, but Im not sure what theyre talking about because aside from the drawer bottoms and the back panels of the shelves/cabinet sections, this is all real, solid pine. Its thick. Its heavy. Its strong. Arrived a couple days earlier than the estimate, so thats another plus.

Hard to build but so much storage!!

Love the bed it looks great! Seems very sturdy. It wasn’t hard to build, just time consuming. I did it alone and it took me like 10 hours or so but I took lots of breaks and a nap it says to not use power tools but I used my drill for everything just be careful and follow all the steps.

    Not as sturdy!

The ladders are falling apart. The wood is not as durable as I had hoped.
