Very sturdy, the cushion on the top is a bit thin but its not something you are going to be sitting on for a long time so that is not a huge draw back for me. Baskets are a good size for storage. Came already assembled. Awesome product.
This piece was used in our entryway which is very small/tight being we live in a raised ranch. It was a perfect addition to add a bit of rustic style while still providing functionality. We use this for storing a few pairs of shoes that we rotate out in the bottom baskets. This came already assembled and we added a few pillows to make it a bit more comfortable when taking shoes off or putting them on. This bench would also work great in a childs bedroom for a reading nook and/or toy storage (also offers rounded off corners). Definitely worth it.
This bench was just what we wanted for the mud room area. As some reviews noted, it required a bit of cleaning up in the compartments. It was mostly just loose fibers from the baskets. We put some contact shelf paper in the compartment floor to help the baskets slide more easily. Its great to have a unit actually made of wood at this price point. Works nice in an informal room setting. Would buy again. Good one.
It came assembled, it is the perfect size, it arrived on time. It did have some tiny scratches in a couple of places which I covered with polish. Looks great.
