Solid benches. Im 250 pounds and I sit on them all the time without worry. Bought three of them and put side by side in daughters playroom. Great for toy storage and gives plenty of space to sit. This works.
I bought one for a small space in our bedroom thinking of making it as a reading nook. Oh boy, this isnt your typical piece as the quality is A+, the wood and the baskets it came with. I am so happy for this purchase. This will last for years I may say as this isnt your typical cheap furniture. This is made up of solid wood. I highly recommend it. Perfect for my needs.
I do not have a mud room so my kids shoes were all over the entry way from the garage. Now they have somewhere to put their shoes which causes my house to look way more tidy than before. I have had it for a few months now and it still looks new and appears to be very sturdy. Good price.

However I recommend to anyone buying this DO NOT PAY EXTRA TO PUT IT TOGETHER. I didnt and the thing came in the mail put together!
I also have an issue with the color. Online I ordered the vintage white and as you can see in the picture the color says WINTER MELODY which still somewhat looks like what I ordered but it is a lot darker so that was somewhat disappointing. Overall its nice and works! I would buy again!
