Bought it for my 90 yr old mom who is pulmonary compromised and locked in an independent living facility due to COVID. It gives her back her independence because her portable oxygen Concentrator fits right in the basket so she can ride around the facility even outside on the sidewalk. The only thing I would ask the company to change is the location of where the battery charger cord connects to the battery. Its on the front side. I suggest moving it to the topside of the battery so it is more visible to the disabled. My mom also has macular degeneration on positioning it where she could use her magnifying glass would be helpful. Where it is located requires her to ask someone to connect it for her.

I bought a 3 wheel scooter first but it was too large for carrier so I had to buy this smaller scooter. For shopping its great but its nothing around the house outdoors. Hangs up all the time. So I use the 3 wheeler around the house and the Spitfire shopping. Its very mobile in the stores. The turning radius sucks but thats corrected by a forward/reverse maneuver. But even with the poor turning radius I love the scooter. Ive had mine several months and I still havent had to charge the batteries.

It is nothing I dislike I would like to know if I have warranty for the battery I need a battery is not moving please respond to my rachelkeyes1002@gmail.com thank you I need a battery appreciate it I dont have my paperwork at this time
Very nice scooter and was happy it came with a key that could be copied. Due to the fact that I have knee problems, I have to stretch my legs out on the front fenders. It hurts to sit with my legs bent down.
