Bought it for my 90 yr old mom who is pulmonary compromised and locked in an independent living facility due to COVID. It gives her back her independence because her portable oxygen Concentrator fits right in the basket so she can ride around the facility even outside on the sidewalk. The only thing I would ask the company to change is the location of where the battery charger cord connects to the battery. Its on the front side. I suggest moving it to the topside of the battery so it is more visible to the disabled. My mom also has macular degeneration on positioning it where she could use her magnifying glass would be helpful. Where it is located requires her to ask someone to connect it for her.
