I didnt expect a lot, given the price of this bed. The quality is decent / not designed as well as beds but I dont tend to beat up my furniture so I am satisfied, if not thrilled. Again, for the money it isnt bad. The finish looks nice and everything fits together well. My two complaints are as follows: 1) This is not a true platform bed. The included slats that form the platform are not sufficient to support a foam mattress. A box spring would probably be fine, but I had to add additional decking on top of the slats in order to make the bed feel solid. 2) The drawer design is rather poor. I believe the drawers will be THE big failure point if they are not assembled with a drop or two of Gorilla Glue at each joint / attachment point. That said, my alternate method of assembly has proven to be very solid so far and the drawers are holding up well and they open / close smoothly with decent storage space in each one. Quality could be improved.
Well, I knew it was cheap, but I did not expect it to break after a month. The top side piece pulled out of the middle supports, splitting all the pieces. Also, the slats that create the platform will not stay in place and keep sliding around. I really like the look, but am tired of waking up sunken down into the bed because the slats have popped out again. Not bad.
With the modifications that were described in one of the reviews, it was rock solid stable. Definitely a large project to put together and is very helpful to have a second set of hands. Perfect and Sturdy.
We bought this in a queen size as an upgrade to our childs toddler bed, which could double as a guest bed when needed. The bed looks ok and seems durable enough but I have a couple of reasons I wouldnt buy this again.
/Its particle board. Yes I know you get what you pay for and this is a relatively inexpensive bed with storage. But particle board is heavy! This thing will inevitably stay in the place we put it until the end of time.
//There is nowhere to grab the drawers to open them. A handle or knob would be nice (although a small child would most likely break it off eventually) or even a little recessed area along the top or bottom in which to grip for opening.

So far so good! Reinforced with wood glue and corner brackets. Luckily I did not misplace any hardware as they only give you enough to complete! No more, no less. I did take long to build but well worth it. Thanks!

The bed slats constantly fall out of the slots and so Im sinking in my bed at any angle. Ive had to take my mattress off several times in the month that Ive Owned this bed just so I could reposition the slats. No matter what position theyre in they always fall out. Would never buy this bed or recommend it.
I love the furniture. No numbers or ugly stickers to peel. The instructions were straight to the point. The sturdiness was very sound. Great price and love the quality of it all. Takes up less space.
