The chair turned out great and Im super happy with it for our nursery! However, the package came missing screws and so I cannot put the ottoman together which is super annoying Other than that, its a great product!
Overall happy with the appearance and price so it still deserves 4 stars. However it did come packaged in a way that left a big dent (hasnt fluffed up yet) and there was a stain on the very center of the back of the chair. Tried to clean it, but nothing changed. Also assembly was pretty difficult with given instructions. Thank you.
Love love love this chair!!! Its so comfy and is sooo cute! Fits the atheistic were going for in the nursery perfectly and you cant beat the price. Its seriously perfect. The only complaint I have is with the delivery of the package as you can see in the photo they scratched up the foot of the chair by not being careful. The assembly also takes at least 45 minutes by yourself which isnt too bad. The instructions werent great but its easy to figure out. Buy the chair!! Would recommend and buy again
I was looking for an affordable nursery chair, I refused to spend 500+. I loved this one as soon as I saw it and not bad for the price considering it included the stool. Shipping was quick no issues or delays, I had read a couple of reviews talking about the instructions not being as helpful or clear, as well as pieces missing or it being hard to assemble. When I opened the package the chair looked low at first, all the pieces came in the package I didnt necessarily find the instructions to be awful, definitely would have liked the package with all the tools to be labeled, putting the stool and chair together was challenging it seemed like the pieces didnt align perfectly making it challenging to assemble literally had to use all my remaining strength of the day to get it together at some point one of the nails went in wrong in the chair and got stuck, I ended up spending at least 45 min trying to figure out how to pull it out or unscrew it and miraculously right when I was about to give up it came out. Overall looks good, I also noticed the fabric seemed overstretched where the sewing was, cushion is not as comfortable as I thought it would be but maybe it just needs to be used. Overall I think its a good chair for the price and itll serve its purpose. Debating if we are going to keep it
Chair is fine. Shoddy craftsmanship though. Footstool is a literal joke. Theres no instructions and the pieces dont fit together. Not to mention they didnt send all of the parts. Frustrating purchase. Im a bit disappointed.
The frame is screwed down to packing material. So remember righty tighty,lefty luey and you will be fine. The stool is more complex to assemble. The seating is firm. I used a 2000 sanding paper on the frame to smooth a few spots. I like industrial look so i did not plug the screw head with plastic pieces. Moms that is a hzard. There is a velcro on the under upholstry. Great hiding spot! The lumbar pillow was a bonus. the product is beautiful and honestly exceeded my expectations
