Got this as a gift for my daughter. Her husband put it together and didnt have a hard time. The color is much lighter than she wanted, but its ok. Very comfortable! Seems to be a little costly but its what she wanted I am very happy with it
I feel really badly because I left a bad review about this company because we didnt receive the ottoman. Contacted the company and they emailed us to let us know the ottoman is being shipped separately. I feel terrible because I cannot figure out how to edit that bad review. We like the chair, it is cute and comfy and priced right. Well built product
Great, comfy rocking chair. The back is a little low, but other than that its very comfortable. Instructions are terribly written and annoying, but once assembled the chair looks wonderful Awesome piece of product
I dont normally write reviews however I was so impressed with the quality and how comfortable this chair is I had to. I looked at maybe a hundred chairs and settled on this one and was so happy I did as it was so affordable and ended up being just what I wanted. Im nine months pregnant and was able to put this together alone and in under an hour. Good value and cute color.
Well packaged, only slightly difficult for solo assembly. I am appauled at the lack of quality support on this rocker and foot rest. it feels like I am sitting on a plywood chair with little support. For the price (not cheap) this was a bad decision on my part. Shame on them! Its not bad its just not great.
I love this chair! It was fairly easy to assemble, and it is surprisingly comfortable and stylish. All my friends who come over compliment this new accent chair in our living. Worth it, especially for the price! Sturdier than I expected
For a long time my husband and I were looking to buy a rocking chair for are nursery. Everything that we were looking online it was from 400 and more. So we found this one and decided to purchase. Overall the chair is great does their job. When we got the packages we found a couple pieces broken and some of the hardware was missing. We contacted the seller and they ship us the all the pieces that need a replacement. They were really great and helpful. Regarding the assemble, to be honest it was really hard. The instructions werent helpful at all. A lot of typos and leak of instructions. You need help of other person to be able to put everything together. We gave the seller feedback and they mentioned that they are going to work to make sure that all the issues are going to be fixed in future orders. highly disappointed!!!
