This has been a very good buy for our teens tiny bedroom. They can have friends over to comfortably spend the night now, and the bed looks pretty decent. The rollers are serviceable, but could be better. It took me a few hours, but I put t together on my own. The bed is very tall so may need steps of a ladder for younger children. The drawers run smoothly in their tracks so far, but dont seem like they have sturdy bottoms. We dont use them much and so havent had any difficulty with them. Im very happy with the value. Do check other reviews if youre buying a mattress for the trundle and get one that isnt too high.
Absolutely love this bed! Very comfortable as we like to entertain and this is great for our guests and our guest room. We purchased the 10 inch mattresss (super comfy). I also purchased the assembly package. It took 2 guys 3 hours to put together and thankfully before they left, I pulled out the bed to make sure it was correct. It was not so they went back to correct their error and now it is perfect after they added the additional slats. They mentioned it was one of the more complicated items to assemble.

Pictures dont do these beds justice, theyre beautiful. Beautiful slightly off white color, they are really sturdy, seem durable, adjustable height makes it perfect for transitioning out of a toddler bed.
Overall Id say this is a decent daybed. The upholstery is pretty as long as you dont look TOO close. It was easy to assemble with straight forward instructions, I was able to do it in a few hours by myself (my husband helped with an extra set of hands to get the pieces together but it really wasnt needed.) where I have issue is the bed slatesthey are subpar material, very splintery and started breaking within 48 hoursthe first one snapped when I kneeled on the edge of the bed to reach something. There appears to be no way to contact the company or get them replaced without figuring out how to send the whole thing back. SO overall a nice bed BUT be willing to shell out more money for proper slats!
I love this sofa bed, and I am so embarrassed about how long it took me to assemble it because of my own obliviousness before even starting the process. Their customer support was fantastic. I hadnt read the parts list carefully enough, so thought I was missing a crucial pair of brackets. (I misread the list as two separately labelled pairs of brackets; there were two individual brackets shrink/wrapped together but since I could only see one label, I assumed it must be a matching pair and that I needed a second set.) I contacted customer support and asked for the missing pair of brackets. They sent me the single one I needed, but I still didnt realize my mistake and repeated my request. They sent me a complete bracket set. Both replacements (which I turned out not to need and I am so sorry for pestering them) arrived within about a week of contacting them through .
Once I got started on the actual assembly (after some abject rolling around in humiliation about my unnecessary self/delay and excess bracket acquisition), everything went great. All the holes are nicely pre/drilled and perfectly aligned, no extra tools were needed, and I put the whole thing together by myself in one afternoon. My only significant complication was initially over/tightening the rear/side panel connections so I couldnt get the front panel in, but all the parts were very forgiving about being loosened and retightened.
And now this sofa bed is the comfortable, sturdy, and rather spiffy centerpiece of our house. I dont know whether the linen/look fabric would stand up to clawy cats, but it has a very nice texture and appearance. The back panel is completely upholstered, so it would be fine in the middle of a room after removing the usual consumer tags. The padding isnt very thick, but Im happy with it. The slats and hinges dont creak, the feet have little smooth plastic pads that make the whole thing very easy to move around, and we have to keep shooing the kids off it at bedtime to go sleep in their regular beds.
My one quibble is with mattress alignment there isnt much of a lip on the front panel, so our 6 memory foam mattress tends to keep sliding forward; perhaps a thinner one would be less mobile, but otoh the black metal brackets are still distractingly visible against the light tan fabric at the back corners unless screened by pillows which then tend to creep down and push the mattress forward. I may try putting a yoga mat between the mattress and the wood slats to improve friction.
But on the whole, I have no regrets about this purchase. Except for the bit about me mistakenly demanding extra brackets.

I like that this bed gives our teenager a place for friends to sleep when they come stay yet is out of the way when not in use.
