The product arrived in an undamaged box. Although the box was intact it was missing 21 of 42 slats and the entire hardware package to assemble the beds. We had to arrange with the company to send us these items and it took two weeks before the bed was assembled. Once we completed the bed it seems like a decent and sturdy bed. We have been using the bed for a month now in my 11 year olds room without issues. Frustrating process but that happens with ordering furniture online I suppose.
Very happy with this purchase!! I didnt have help putting it together. The instructions were pretty clear and the pictures were also helpful. Since I did it alone it took longer than 2 1/2 hrs. But I am proud of myself that I did it. It works perfectly in my small guest room that will double for my workout space. Its been less than a month and only an adult slept in it once in the twin configuration. No complaints. I do, as other reviews noted, stack the second mattress on top since it cant be stored underneath. Happy that I decided on this one out of the many variations of this type of daybed out there.
Sturdy and cool design. Unfortunately some of the wood is warped so it wont screw flush and we can see a gap and the dowel. Not worth returning over though.
It was very easy to assemble and she loves it. We ordered the mattress as well and its very comfy. The trundle bed pulls out very easily on carpet too.
We are transitioning our 18mo old to her 1st big girl bed, and did not want to buy a toddler bed, just to have to buy a twin again later. I love that this has 2 heights; so we just put on lowest height, added a 6 inch mattress, and a bed rail, and its perfect! I certainly would not sit on this bed as a 250lb adult, the rails supporting the mattress are lightweight, hollow metal, and I wouldnt want to chance them bending and/or breaking. BUT for a toddler or a kid? Perfect! We hope to get many years out of this bed.
Very pleased with this purchase, was very disappointed when I opened the box to find it in Black instead of the Yellow that I ordered. Have daughter and grand daughter coming to visit this week, so didnt have time to return.
Said it was Yellow on the box, but it is Black.
Just fyi it comes almost completely deconstructed, only two pieces are actually together in advance. So we were happy with it at first, I slept on it the first night with no issues, with my head towards the back of the bed, laying longways. The second night I was laying the right way sideways and I mustve rolled to the middle where the main beam is, and it completely snapped all the way through. Im well under the weight limit and Im very disappointed in its sturdiness, or lack/thereof

Cute, easy to assemble and seems sturdy. We used it with 8 in mattresses and works great.
Screws break easily
Over all its a good bed but the screws broke on me a few times and it made building the bed even more frustrating then it already is
