This is the only decent one approved for SW airlines. Fits under seat. Sides are pretty sturdy! Worth the money, can fold it back up and store it for next time
The item was received and I believe it may have been returned due to the amount of tape on it. After feeling the inside base, I felt a wrinkle and opened up the base to find that one of the layers (white) was ripped). It appears that the fabric was ripped when the insert was put in. I dont know if it is worth it to return the item or not at this point. May not be a big deal in the long run, but I still consider it damaged goods.
Just bought a French Bulldog puppy and she fits in this very well. Great visibility thru the screens. It is lightweight; has a handle and a shoulder carrier. The only downside is I wish it had more side pockets but overall it has worked very well.
These are pretty cool for the price. It can unzip and be stored flat. Is it the sturdiest carrier I’ve ever seen? I’ve had sturdier, but it will do just fine for normal wear and tear. I’ve got to drive across the country soon with two cats in the car, and these will last for that purpose and probably a couple years of vet visits. How much more can you ask from a pet carrier?
I do not know how these would do in an airline seat situation. I have always driven with my cats. (You brave, brave people who fly with cats.) It looks to me as though the carriers are a bit flexible but would not collapse if sort of squished into the under seat. Again, never tried it, check your airline rules and sizes, but the carrier itself seems it could be the right amount of sturdy.
The dimension is right for spirit airlines. My cat can turn around in the bag and it offers good ventilation. The bag itself is not too heavy, so it’s a plus. Good quality! Comes with a fluffy pad which my cat likes.
When I got to the airport they didn’t accept this carrier for my small jack Russell because he could not stand and turn around. luckily the airport sold me a different one last minute basically this one was a waist of money for me I didn’t get too use it. American Airlines did not accept it and united had to sell me a different dog carrier at the front thankfully but it was pretty crappy I almost had to leave my dog with my husband as I flew back home.
Absolutely loved this carrier - a little tight, but the measurement requirements for aircanada are so small and this was the only carrier I could find that fit the dimensions listed. Neither of my cats were very happy when testing it out ( my older cat 13 lbs was for the most part relaxed, younger cat 7 lbs HATED IT) but when actually traveling, I think they preferred to have a nice snug space to make them feel safe and they calmed right down. There is wiring around the sides and top, and a slip in board for the bed that made the frame surprising sturdy. Also very easy to clean in the case of an accident (I wrapped a pee pad around the bed, highly recommend, so it was easy to throw it away and replace during travel with no lingering smells or wet spots for the kitty to lay on), and the bed holds its shape perfectly after being washed. Plenty of ventilation, but I also recommend placing a thin baby receiving blanket on top of the carrier during travel to make it extra calming, that worked wonders for me. Great product, especially for the price point, 10/10 recommend!

Torn fabric on arrival (insde base)

Perfect Size

Perfect to bring my puppy home on the plane. She slept comfortably the entire trip.
I liked the multiple openings available. The top, sides, and end can open to access your pet from any angle.
This carrier is great.
Great value for the product. My cat loves it.

Make sure your dog can stand up and turn around

Not indestructible!
Great overall, but the video is misleading when they show trying to cut it. My 9 week old cockapoo was able to start chewing through it.
