Looked at this chair in a local store and the price was $750 $99 delivered! Definitely well worth the purchase!
Pros: 1. Heat massager works great. Many cycles to choose from on controller.
2. Chair is pretty comfortable and the lift works like its supposed to.
Cons: 1. Seat cushion is not completely even ( I may have done it myself by sitting closer to one side)
2. Heat massager controls are very hard to read and I need a flashlight to see them.
3. Lift is pretty slow but I understand it would work just fine for a very elderly person.
4. Wish chair had a control to lift seat higher for longer legged people (sitting for a longer length of time can make your legs feel uncomfortable unless you use the leg lift.
5. Wish there was an extra control button just to lift chair for exit assist. The one button works both to lower your legs and lift the chair which makes it a little difficult to just set chair back to normal position without the chair beginning to lift.
Overall, I would purchase this chair again
So all in all this is a nice chair. Got it for my significant other who has back problems and the massage and heat combined with the lifted feature, she loves it. However, the seat could use more padding, there are two places where it pokes into your upper thigh area that really hurts after a short while.
It shipped quickly and arrived quickly. It comes pretty much assembled aside from sliding the back into it and plugging in some wires. Theres only a single page of instructions and only 1 side to the page so its pretty simple. Theres a couple zip ties holding the cords to the base that I cut (DONT CUT THEM) I saw a sticker afterwards that tells you not to or the wires will get ripped out of the motor when the chair raises up. So I had to put some more zip ties on it but otherwise it was easy to put together.
The cons... theres 2 remotes with individual wires attached to them, the massage wire is considerably shorter than the foot/back recline remote. They both will easily become tangled in blankets if you not careful.
There are 2 different power cords as well. 1 for the heat/ massage, the other for the chair itself. Again, the massage cord is considerably shorter than the cord for the base. Ill have to use an extension cord and plug everything under the chair so there arent a bunch of wires laying on the floor. If youre going to put it against a wall this wont be a problem for you.
The recline/ foot functions are a bit slow.
All in all Im happy with it so far. It looks nice and everything that was supposed to be there was. Everything works as well. I cant say anything about durability yet since I just got it today.
Nice chair and fits wife well. Little firm for long term sitting and wires for function remote and up/down are a nuisance. At this high end price a wireless interface should be included.
Love this chair but I had just gotten it right before I went into the hospital and then nursing home for rehab. I had ordered it with massage and heat but it didn’t come with it. I would have given it 5 stars except for that. I didn’t get out of the nursing home until the first part of March so I wasn’t able to exchange it because the time ran out. I paid for the massage and heat but it didn’t come with this chair. But I am very pleased with the comfort. I’m enjoying it very much. I do wish it had the massage and heat though.
First had a problem with the sides fitting over the frames, however, if you place the A over the B side and the B over the A side, it works. All in all, fairly easy for this lady!
I am only 4’10” and this is the first recliner that fits me. I appreciate that! The chair ate the massage control. I need help connecting the USB ports. I don’t expect to get parts or service for free but I would like to find service for this recliner.
