I bought for 89 yr old mother n I have bought lift chair before n just 2 pieces to put together. This one I had to build the frame dress the side pieces with the material n assemble all the pieces. If I would’ve known I wouldn’t buy this one.
This is a hard, uncomfortable and small recliner. Anyone over 5’, legs will hang over the end of recliner. The massage feature, on high can barely feel it, useless feature. It is easy to put together
This is a good chair, although Im sure there are better options out there for the price.
PROS:
1) Im 58 130 lbs and it fits me very well.
2) Has cup holders and USB ports (I know some reviewers here said their chair didnt come with USB ports. Mine did, but I havent tested them if they actually worked.)
CONS:
1) Its somewhat comfortable.
2) The massager has its own separate remote control. Its not a big deal, but why not combine it with the recliner remote control?
Very comfortable. Very small. Works GREAT! Functions are GREAT! Only complaint and it IS NOT EASY TO PUT TOGETHER!!! You literally make the arms of the chair. Zipper broke while putting together. I would like my money back but, I have no clue how to get it back to the seller. We tore the box up getting it out. Great buy if you have a little person. It is not BIG like the description says. Size is seriously the only complaint. The dimensions they give are right. I just went on the BIG in the description!!!
The price was great, however the chair is not so comfy as it looks. The foot rest is made for a much shorter person and now very padded. The seat is not very wide either.

Comfort matches price.
Ok in comfort for the price. Size is perfect.
Right arm is loose and wobbly.
No cable management. The left arm feels like its attached to the frame. The right arm couldnt withstand any weight. Will fail.
Dented item
My item was chipped and delivered dented I. The back.
Need to get controller for recline function.
Recliner control does not work. Heat and massage ok. Need to get this fixed asap

Very small DONT pay attention to the BIG look at size
