East to spot on luggage conveyor, wheels turn easily and smooth. Has made it thru four flights and a cruiseloaded and unloaded multiple times and still looks great.
Purchased for a trip. First time using them the zipper on the largest bag was having trouble staying zipped. I rezipped it several times and it seemed to hold...until it didnt. The zipper held to my destination and dueing my trip. However on the return trip, the zipper busted and had my belongings were coming out of the bag ON the converyer at baggage claim. That was fun. The two smaller bags seem fine. And because I had all three with me, they were definitely NOT over filled. Wheels were good. TSA Locks were a little loose but functional. However the zipper had an issue before the trip even started.
The zipper on the large suitcase is broken. I didnt use them until aug. 17-26. For our Alaska n cruise. So how could I know that was a defect until then. Would like to return even though time to return time has expired. A replacement would be ok if return is not possible.
Luggage is very attractive and the wheels seem sturdy. Rolls very easily. I am about to take it on a 10 week tour of Europe. That will be the true test. We will see how it holds up. Will update this review when I return. Also, it took a little longer to arrive than I would have liked. Fortunately, I ordered it a month ahead of time so I wasnt stressed. I think maybe it took two weeks to arrive. Order early.
