The packing was great. Lots of styrofoam, cardboard and plastic wrap for protection. Also, the luggage was shipped in a box and then that box was placed inside of a larger box. My set arrived free from any damages.
They are brightly colored. For me, makes it easy to find them on the airport carousels. They are easy to pull and push and turn. I like that you can stack-them inside one another to store.
There is plenty of storage on both sides of the case with straps to hold your things in place. Zippers slide open/close easily. The lock is practical and easy to use.
Love all the size options so can pick the best size for your trip.
After one trip there are scuff marks and scratches on the outside but overall still ok.

Held up great on airplane. The purple is a very pretty set. Locks are a plus. Only complaint is the inside zipper from one of the flaps was missing a part but was not a big deal.
