This is an outstanding purchase. This is heavy duty steel. It weights ALOT!! Which can only mean quality. When I first opened the box. I was a little shocked about how many pieces there were but it only ended up taking about an hour to assemble. I couldnt be happier! I was very excited to receive!
Weve only had it for a few days, but my 3/year/old loves it. We did the fire/truck curtains and are doing his room in fire/truck theme. His older brother plays with him under it in their Fire Station. The bed itself seems pretty sturdy and the slide is plenty strong enough for my 3 and 5 year olds, but I definitely wouldnt slide down it as an adult. Dont expect super/high side panels for safety / its plenty high enough to stop them from rolling out of bed if you get the 6 mattress (there is at least 6/8 inches above the mattress). For us, it was exactly what were looking for only my Mother/in/law feels it is too dangerous. Personally, I think since its only about 3 feet high it is not much of a risk! Very stylish and great quality!
really cool bed / instructions could be better and clearer.had to re/do a couple things as multiple pieces looks so similar.but still, my son and i set this up in about an hour and im not especially gifted with putting stuff together (i dont like stirring my own yogurt haha) so if we can do it, anyone can.
pretty sturdy once set, slide is pretty fast and neat and i really like all the space underneath.kids already set up a train underneath.just a great bed SO happy!

My son loves it. Its a nice loft bed thats not TOO high and scary for a toddler (like some bunk beds), but like most other reviews Ill have to agree that they should build it in a way that allows the slide to fit on either side. Very impressed with the quality.

We put the third one together today and it took us maybe thirty minutes. It came with all the tools needed. My kids range from ages three to seven and it is size and age appropriate for all of them. The slide takes up a lot of room but they dont mind at all. Its pretty though!
My 2.5 year old son, River, is in love with his new bed, and actually sleeps through the night all by himself!! This was a great choice for transitioning from co/sleeping with mama into a big boy bed. The loft is short enough to make nervous parents comfortable, but it also provides enough space for a cool hideout below. I trimmed his hideout with twinkle lights, and he LOVES it! One word of caution: if you buy a thick mattress, the guard rail will not come much above the mattress, so I lined the rail with a full size body pillow to act as a roll barrier. So far, its been 3 weeks, and he has never rolled off. This bed is a solid purchase, and allows you to spend more money on a good mattress (try a Casper twin / River is happy with it!). Much better than expected
Instructions were well written. Great product. Beware the slide is very sturdy which makes a very loud sound when your 6 year old bangs on it. Perfect in every way.
