Got because my grand daughter sleeps with me when she comes for an overnight visit, have a sofa bed for the twins. But the one that sleeps with me mentioned that I snore. You can’t sleep when people snore, so I got this to keep in the living room. I let it out and lay down on it. It’s comfortable. She should sleep better now!
This was purchased for my husband to recover from hernia surgery.
The mattress is hard. Head elevation is inadequate. For proper support, the head should be elevated from the waist, not the shoulders. Was a bit too low. It will be an acceptable bed for our grandchild for the next decade. A 20 year old might find it comfortable. We are 50, and need more comfort
Customer service gets five stars! One of the most responsive sellers I have ever worked with in dealing with product issues. Though it was well packaged, the ottoman arrived with a couple of small issues (missing a small plastic footpad and had a small tear in the corner of the fabric) and developed another small issue with use (one of the tucks on top came undone - which I plan to get fixed). When I reached out to s customer service and sent photos of the issues they made amends quickly. My family has enjoyed using the ottoman as both a temporary bed for guests (who said they slept well, in part because its both long and wide), as a chair for visitors, and as a daily footrest while watching TV. I like that the yellow fabric has some slight variation to it which helps to keep it from showing spots (however, I made sure to spray it with Scotch Guard just in case, and have had no issues with clean-up.) Overall, it was a great solution for our small space and has worked perfectly.

Ive never bought furniture like this online because I always want to sit on it and test it out first, but we needed to get my son some furniture for his new apartment so we decided to give the 3-in-1 chair a try! He needed something that wouldnt take up a lot of space but that would still be comfortable. We all definitely prefer the way the chair sits when its open in the lounger position, but love that it folds up so nicely for day-to-day use. The fact that it also folds down into a bed is fantastic! Weve all spent nights on air mattresses and traditional sofa beds and this is the most comfortable option weve ever tried. The cushions are firm so theyre great for sleeping. The chair is easy to convert into all three positions.
I was also pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to assemble. My hands are small so I needed my husband to help out with the final step, but I was able to do all the rest. The instructions were easy to follow and the entire chair only requires two sizes of allen wrenches which are included in the package.

This is worth the price I paid. The caramel colored faux leather is beautiful. Converts into a twin sized bed. Needed to add a memory foam mattress to make it a bit more comfortable, but once you add it, your guest will sleep like a baby. When not using it for a guest bed, I use it as a lounger in my home office.
While a little on the pricey side, I bought 2 of these and its great because I have a room where it looks like a seating area but it can easily turn it into a 2 bedroom area in just a few seconds.
