Updating my review because I was so impressed with how the company handled my issue! The chair arrived with rust and damage on one of the parts (the base). I contacted them and they shipped me out a replacement part. They were transparent that due to COVID, there were shipping delays but it arrived sooner than anticipated! Love this chair its super comfy and stylish. And I was also really happy with how easy and quick it was to get a replacement part!
Ordered this chair because Im a home based nail technician and I saw a YouTuber with this same chair and thought it was neat. Just put it together yesterday and Im so in love. Would definitely order again if I need another.
Came scratched up in various areas. Punched holes in the leather dont line up well and are still visible when assembled. Strange deflating sound everytime you get up. Awkward.

Good and comfortable chair
Excellent chair, super comfortable. Took me around half an hour to assemble. One of the arms had some minor scratches.
