Updating my review because I was so impressed with how the company handled my issue! The chair arrived with rust and damage on one of the parts (the base). I contacted them and they shipped me out a replacement part. They were transparent that due to COVID, there were shipping delays but it arrived sooner than anticipated! Love this chair its super comfy and stylish. And I was also really happy with how easy and quick it was to get a replacement part!
