It is very comfy and has great back support.

The finish silver layer on one of the handles peeled off a bit thats why Im giving 4 stars. But all in all was a great buy.
I bought this chair for my home office mainly because it aligns with my aesthetics for rose gold accessories. However, assembling the chair was not the easiest at first due to the vague instructions. I decided to lookup youtube video clips on assembling an office chair instead; then it was fairly easy. It could be difficult to align the holes for the arm rest, but not impossible. Also, when placing the wheels on, it may not seem like they will fit at first, but you have to push firmly to go in.
The comfort is good, not excellent. I wish it was a bit sturdier or had firmer and thicker bottom padding. I may get a cushion. Im also short and wish it was a bit higher. Overall, its not a bad chair. Im in this chair most of the day, due to working from home. I havent experienced back pain or major discomfort.
Working from home and needed a a good looking comfortable office chair to creat a home office. This chair is very comfortable, provides the right amount of support fits perfect under my desk is slim fitting so doesnt take up too much room. It was easy to assemble perfect for my needs.
All the support (wasnt much to begin with) has been lost over only a year and a half. The chair squeaks and is not stable (I have tightened the screws and oiled the connections without success). It marks up and the pleather cracks easily. As you can see in the image, the seat is quite dirty. This is after having cleaned it with magic eraser (I also wear clean, nonmarking clothes). The leather on the arms has cracked.

I got this chair on November 3rd and it came on November 9th, I have used it for about 2 weeks and its wonderful, easily adjustable, and movable
