Beautiful chair that was very easy to assemble! Unfortunately the cylinder that makes the chair raise and lower was broken upon arrival. Customer service was aming!!! They quickly shipped a new cylinder and it fixed the chair. Highly recommend!
Ordered this chair and it arrived promptly with no defects. All parts present and took me about 20 minutes to put together with the easytoread instructions. Very happy with this purchase.
This comfortable chair looks really nice in my home office.
It was missing a few pieces bolts, which called for a quick trip to the hardware store. Also, one of the arms requires regular tightening and jiggles a little after a few weeks.
Its a good chair, but not great. Its comfortable but for me, the lumbar support is a tad off. I would like it a little lower on my back. That being said it has some good padding and was pretty easy to put together. I dont like that you cant recline. It would be nice to just have that option like most office chairs.
This will do for my COVID workfrom home mandate.
I would say, if you are a larger individual from waist down, it may not be the chair for you. I was surprised when I put the arms on how narrow this chair is compared to every other desk chair I have ever sat in.

Comfortable Chair. Only thing the armrest isnt adjustable, this isnt an ergonomic chair but overall its good.

Decent chair, not sure its worth the money
