Read the instructions carefully, it saved me a lot of time to do that instead of my first logical approach that I would have tried if I hadnt read the instructions first. After reading the reviews my main concerns were that the material would be too thin/delicate, and that the seat cushioning would not be enough. I think the material is actually of standard or better quality and the seat padding is cushy/good (I weigh 240 lbs). I feel that its sturdy and Im happy I bought this. Theres an 800 number on the box in case you run into problems, but I didnt have any. Solid office chair.
I love this chair! After spending a lot of time looking, researching, and reading tons of reviews, I know I made the right choice for me. The color is gorgeous, it was easy to assemble I did it myself and Im 66, and I find it to be very comfortable after using it for several weeks. I treat my purchases with care and so I expect it to last me a long time.
So I really like the chair but Im super disappointed it was missing a screw for the armrest so for now Im stuck with only one. I need to get In touch to resolve this, then I can hopefully give it 5 stars because its so comfy.

Customer support was effective. One of the packages had the piston missing and the piece was sent to us within 4 business days.

Cute and comes in pieces. Need to brush up on those assemble skills
Its a cute chair but you need patience assembling it. Came in a few pieces. Fairly sturdy but dont bounce on it too hard or sit in it drunk.
